Please complete the “Request Form for Analytical Testing (MS Word)”and send to account manager
Please also send us your test material at the same time

• Test material should be appropriately packaged to prevent leakage from a container or damage of a container during transportation
• Beverage container (plastic bottle or can) should not be used for test material
• Special container should be used for sending volatile material
• SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or relevant information should be provided and attached to samples submitted for testing.
  We do not accept the following types of samples for testing: hazardous materials which are prohibited under Industrial Safety and Health Law, Class 1 Specified Chemical Substances, radioactive materials, and other materials which are especially hazardous.

We start preparation of your test upon receipt of your request
Our engineer in charge starts testing as soon as we receive

Report of test result is sent to you as soon as test is completed
We can send a prompt report by e-mail per your request
